Service Description
Our trusted and talented cleaning specialists provide a tailored experience with each service. A "Premium" residential cleaning includes deep, effective sanitization of all high-touch areas, thorough sweeping of all floor surfaces, detailed mopping, comprehensive vacuuming of carpeted areas, careful dusting of all surfaces, including hard-to-reach places, between 3-5 loads of laundry, sanitizing and deodorizing carpeted areas and/or detailed wooden floor polishing, and more. Service duration could range between 6 and 8 hours, depending on the size of your home and its needs.
Cancellation Policy
Effective immediately, the following payment terms apply to all service appointments: A 50% deposit is required to secure any service appointment with Chubby's 22. This deposit ensures your place on our schedule and allows us to prepare adequately for your service. Without the deposit, your appointment will be forfeited, and the reserved time will be released to another client. The remaining balance of the service fee is due on the day of service. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in a $25 inconvenience fee added to the total, plus a $10 per day accrual fee for each day the balance remains unpaid. If full payment is not received within 30 days of the service date, Chubby's 22 reserves the right to pursue legal action to collect the outstanding debt. The client will be responsible for any additional collection costs or legal fees incurred. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules change. The following cancellation terms apply: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: the deposit will be applied as credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment: a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed; the remainder of the deposit will be applied as a credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows: the full deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance are accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. 3.Scope of Service & Liability Disclaimer Chubby's 22 is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects to any property present before service begins. Chubby's 22 is not liable for loss or damage to items not disclosed to our team before the service date. Chubby's 22 is not liable for damage resulting from client-directed work, meaning tasks specifically requested by the client that fall outside our standard service scope. Fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items (e.g., antiques, heirlooms, electronics) should be secured or disclosed before service. Chubby's 22 is not responsible for items broken during service if they were not disclosed or properly secured. In the event of damage caused by our team's negligence, claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Chubby's 22 will review all claims in good faith.
